Tomorrow, Secretary of State Mularoni will present a report on the San Marino situation, which has already been forwarded in writing. Moreover, she will answer the questions formulated by the States participating in the review process concerning respect for human rights in the Republic of San Marino, compliance of the San Marino legislation with the requested levels of guarantee always with regard to this respect and any situation that needs to be adjusted according to the recommendations received.
Subsequently, the working group dealing with the review will adopt a report on the situation of the interested Country, in this case San Marino, containing recommendations and obligations, which the relevant Country will undertake to implement.
The final report will then have to be adopted during the subsequent plenary session of the Human Rights Council through a specific resolution.
