The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Enzo Moavero Milanesi, is making an official visit to the Republic of San Marino on the invitation of the San Marino Secretary of State for Foreign and Political Affairs and Justice, Nicola Renzi.  The ministers acknowledged the excellent state of bilateral relations and productive dialogue at all levels.

The working groups will discuss issues of  general interest such as circulation in Italian territory of non-EU citizens living in San Marino and customs cooperation within European Union regulations. They will also discuss other bilateral issues such as relations with neighbouring entities, television frequencies, road, rail and aircraft systems and possible tourist synergies.

Minister Moavero and Secretary of State, Renzi also confirmed their mutual interest in an Association Agreement between San Marino and the European Union. Italy reaffirmed its support for San Marino in negotiations with Brussels.
