The Minister of Foreign Affairs Luca Beccari participated in the Investiture Ceremony of Their Excellencies the Captains Regent, Alessandro Scarano I and Adele Tonnini I.

As usual, the Minister introduced to the audience the Official Speaker of the Ceremony, this time His Most Reverend Excellency Paul Richard Gallagher, Secretary for Relations with States of the Holy See.
